Refund policy

At STUDIO A HAIR CO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with returns and refunds under the following terms.

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and tags. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened hair care products, brushes, or accessories may not be eligible for return. Products damaged through misuse, wear, or alteration cannot be refunded.

To request a return, please contact us at amanda@studioahairco.ca with your order number and product details. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back. Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned product. If preferred, exchanges may also be offered depending on product availability.
